Aliso Briar Forest

I lived here for 6 years, and for the whole time, when Aliso took over the community(from Elan), the pool was constantly closed, area wasn't maintained, the bbqs were broken but never repaired. When I look at the review, it's safe to say that it hasn't changed one bit. In addition, the staff could never respond. I want to emphasize that the pool's water was green, and the floor was covered in algae.

As a current resident, here is an honest review of this place (*no I didn't get paid. I just didn't idn't want to make a review until i moved in November.) The Good: The place is nice and quiet. The looks match the property, and that's an upgrade for me & my family. Clean and nice around the property. Heard rumbles about visitors' parking, but haven't ran into that issue yet (no visits yet) 3 stars The "Meh" We didn't get a walkthrough when we moved, there were few things needed fixing. Staff is a bit hard to reach sometimes, but the ladies are great and helpful. No knock on them, just have to be on them to get stuff done sometime (maintenance as well). Only 1 month in so review can change. TBD star The UGLY/BAD The internet. AT&T, no Fiber max speed is 25Mbps = NEVER The properties around have fiber and Xfinity alternative = FAR SUPERIOR! At&t Fiber is good I heard as well 16 AT&T Techs visited in 1 week ALONE. **THAT IS ENOUGH TO NOT MOVE HERE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED HERE** The ATT contract they have expires end of year I highly recommend Fiber and Xfinity as competition in (This complex would get more $$$ easily. As a IT Network Technician, this is proven 100% profitable every time). From what I've asked other residents here...they'd gladly pay more for faster internet than this sloth stuff. I gathered that the property management doesn't either know the benefit, or doesn't care about money or both. 0 stars Result: 3 (Until Internet changes, it enough to live here and then move out. I already am planning cause i doubt they will upgrade internet.)
